ERRATUM

By the Chief, Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau:
On August 13, 2014, the Commission released a Second Report and Order and Third Further 
Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 14-118, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends 
Appendix A of the Second Report and Order and Third Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as 
indicated below:  
1. In paragraph (B), listed in Section 20.18(n)(10)(iii), remove the capitalization of “state.”
2. Paragraph (iv), listed in Section 20.18(n)(10), is corrected to read as follows:
“(iv) The requirements set forth in paragraphs (n)(10)(i) through (iii) do not apply to in-flight text 
messaging providers, MSS providers, or IP Relay service providers, or to 911 text messages that 
originate from Wi-Fi only locations or that are transmitted from devices that cannot access the 
CMRS network.”
