ENVIRONMENTAL ACTION
The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau determined, based on an independent review of the Environmental Assessments filed by
the applicants, listed herein, that the proposed tower will not have any significant impact
upon the environment. See 47 C.F. R. § 1.1308(d).

On August 27, 2014, The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) issued a Public Notice, Report No CWS-14-42, announcing 
the grant of an environmental action on the above application.  The Bureau rescinds the grant of the application and the finding of no 
significant impact to the environment (FONSI), issued on August 27, 2014. The Bureau further rescinds the dismissal of this 
application taken on September 13, 2014.  
This application is returned to PENDING status.
