Technology Fund (CETF) regarding the Comcast-Time Warner Cable transaction proceeding 
(MB Docket No. 14-57). Your letter will be made part of the record of the proceeding. 
The initial comment period closed on August 25, 2014, and we received approximately 
75,000 filings, including the comments of the CETF. Please be assured that the Commission will 
conduct an open and transparent process. We will carefully review the data and information
