PUBLICATION OF FY 2014 REGULATORY FEES FURTHER NOTICE OF
PROPOSED RULEMAKING IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER
On August 29, 2014, the Commission adopted and released the FY 2014 Regulatory Fees Report and 
Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, (29 FCC Rcd 10767) (2014).  The FY 2014 
Regulatory Fees Report and Order was published in the Federal Register on September 11, 2014 (79 
FR 54190).  Today on October 27, 2014, the Commission published the FY 2014 Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking in the Federal Register (79 FR 63883).  Commenters have until November 26, 
2014 to file their comments, and until December 26, 2014 to file their reply comments.  Commenters 
should use MD Docket 14-92 to file their comments and reply comments with the Office of Secretary 
or in the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS).
