On November 13, 2014, the Commission released an Order on Reconsideration, FCC 14-175, in 
the above-captioned proceeding. This Erratum amends Appendix A of the Order on Reconsideration as 
indicated below:
In section 64.2101 Definitions, delete the“(f)” before the definition of “Long-distance voice 
service.”
