PBTC issued a tariff filing on January 29, 2015 in its PBTC Tariff F.C.C. No. 2.  The transmittal number on the cover letter was 
erroneously shown as No. 477, instead of the correct Transmittal No. 519.  The error was only on the cover letter.  The tariff pages
filed under that letter contained the correct Transmittal No. 519.  The purpose of this amended letter filing is to correct that error.
