The application listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

SES Americom, Inc.
SES Americom, Inc. seeks to amend the pending modification application for its AMC-1 space station in order to specify operations at the
129.15° W.L. orbital location instead of the 47.5º W.L. orbital location that was originally requested.  SES also provides technical information
relating to operation of AMC-1 at 129.15° W.L. as proposed in this amendment.  SES requests a waiver of Section 25.114(c)(vi)(A) of the
Commission's rules and any necessary waiver of the requirement in Section 25.202(g) to permit the use of C-band frequencies for TT&C in
connection with its application.  See IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20140730-00089.
