BUREAU SUBJECT 1 MEDIA TITLE: Amendment to the Commission’s Rules Concerning Market Modification; Implementation of Section 102 of the STELA Reauthorization Act of 2014 SUMMARY: The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to implement Section 102 of the STELA Reauthorization Act of 2014, which directs the Commission to adopt rules that permit the modification of a commercial television broadcast station’s local television market for purposes of satellite carriage rights, including the promotion of consumers’ access to television broadcast station signals that originate in their State of residence. 2 WIRELINE COMPETITION TITLE: Telcordia Technologies, Inc. Petition to Reform Amendment 57 and to Order a Competitive Bidding Process for Number Portability Administration (WC Docket No. 07- 149); Petition of Telcordia Technologies, Inc. to Reform or Strike Amendment 70 to Institute Competitive Bidding for Number Portability Administration, and to End the NAPM LLC’s Interim Role in Number Portability Administration Contract Management (WC Docket No. 09-109); and Telephone Number Portability (CC Docket No. 95-116). 2SUMMARY: The Commission will consider an Order addressing the recommendation of the North American Numbering Council regarding what company should serve as the next local number portability administrator.
