Intelsat also requests authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Galaxy 11 upon its arrival at 60.1° E.L. using the 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 11.7- 12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
