within 200 km of port and ocean areas from Cape Canaveral to Miami, FL.  Pursuant to Section 25.221(a)(12) of the Commission's rules,
47 C.F.R. § 25.221(a)(12), , the International Bureau hereby releases this coordination public notice.  The operation of each individual
ESV within 200 kilometers of either the baseline of the United States or U.S.-licensed fixed offshore installations may commence
immediately after the public notice is released.  Under Section 25.221(a)(12), if the Commission receives any objections during the 30-day
comment cycle following issuance of the Coordination Public Notice, the ESV operator must cease operations of the relevant station until
the situation has been resolved and the Commission receives notice of the resolution.
