The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

Planet Labs, Inc. requests modification of its authorization to operate a non-geostationary orbit Earth Exploration Satellite Service system.
Planet Labs requests authority to continuously maintain and operate a constellation of up to 200 technically identical satellites at an altitude of
between 350 and 720 kilometers.  Planet Labs requests authority to launch a total of up to 600 technically identical satellites over the next 10
years in order to maintain this constellation.  Planet Labs also requests to use the 401-402 MHz and 449.75-450.25 MHz bands to perform
ranging and refine the orbit determination of the satellites in addition to use for early-phase and emergency-backup telemetry, tracking, and
command operations.

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for 60 days to conduct in-orbit testing of Intelsat 29e at the 49.7° W.L. orbital location
using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6725 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.7-12.5 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.75-13.25 GHz
(Earth-to-space), 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 17.3-17.55 GHz (Earth-to-space), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 29.5-30.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Additionally, Intelsat requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to
maintain Intelsat 29e at 49.7° W.L. and to drift it to its licensed location of 50.0° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 3701.25 MHz,
3701.75 MHz, 3702.25 MHz, and 3702.75 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5850.5 MHz, 5853.0 MHz, 6422.0 MHz, and 6424.5 MHz
(Earth-to-space).
