We incorporate herein by reference the instructions and definitions contained in the initial
Request for Information and Data dated October 6, 2015 as clarified by subsequent discussions with
Commission staff. All responses shall comply with the Protective Order issued in MB Docket No.
15-149 on September 11, 2015.
6. Provide a copy of the most recent interconnection agreement, including
settlement free, paid peering and transit agreements, between the Company and Bright
House Networks and the entities ranked one through ten on Attachment 1 of the Company's
November 23, 2015 Updated Response to Request for Information.
