The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Hughes Network Systems, LLC
Hughes Network Systems, LLC requests authority to deploy and operate its Jupiter 2 (formerly Jupiter 97W) space station at the 97.1° W.L.
orbital location.  Hughes was previously granted U.S. market access for Jupiter 2 at 97.1° W.L.  See IBFS File Nos. SAT-LOI-20110809-00148
(granted Jul. 27, 2012); SAT-MOD-20141210-00127 (granted June 23, 2015); SAT-PPL-20160421-0027 (granted June 9, 2016).  Jupiter 2 will
provide fixed satellite service in the following frequency bands: 18.3-18.8 GHz, 18.8-19.3 GHz, and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); and
27.85-28.35 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz, 28.6-29.1 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space).  Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted
using the 19701 MHz and 19703 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 28351.5 MHz and 28353.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Additionally,
Jupiter 2 will use the 20199 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 29998.5 MHz (space-to-Earth) center frequencies.  Hughes seeks waivers of Sections
25.114(c)(4)(i), (ii), and (v), 25.210(i)(1), 25.164 and 25.165 of the Commission's rules in connection with its request.

Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to: (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations
necessary to drift the Galaxy 11 space station from the 60.1° E.L. orbital position, first to the 45.0° E.L. orbital position, and then to the 44.9°
E.L. orbital location, and to maintain it at these locations using the following center frequencies:  14.0005 GHz and 14.4985 GHz
(Earth-to-space); and 11.701 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth); and, (2) provide fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 11 in the 13.75-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space), and 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands first at the 45.0° E.L. orbital location, and then
during the drift to, and upon arrival at, the 44.9° E.L. orbital location.
