(Verizon) (together, Applicants) filed a series of applications, pursuant to sections 214 and 3 10(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (Act), and sections 63.04, 63.18, and 63.24 of the Commission's rules,' seeking approval to transfer control of various licenses and authorizations held by XO Communications, LLC from XO Holdings to Verizon. In connection with the Commission's review of these applications under the Act, on June 22, 2016, the Commission issued Information and Document Requests (Information Requests) to XO Holdings and Verizon with a return date of July 7, 2016.2 As we discussed in our telephone conversation earlier today regarding the status of the pending applications, we appreciate the Applicants' efforts to respond to these Information Requests. However, as of the date of this letter, neither Applicant has completed their production of responsive material, Further, with respect to certain information requests no anticipated production date has been offered.
