Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.  Oppositions to this petition must be filed within 15 days of the date of 
public notice of the petition in the Federal Register.  See Sections 1.4(b)(1) and 1.429(f) of the 
Commission’s rules (47 CFR §§ 1.4(b)(1), 1.429(f)).  Replies to an opposition must be filed within 10 
days after the time for filing oppositions has expired.  See Section 1.429(g) of the Commission’s rules (47 
CFR § 1.429(g)).
