Dear Counsel:
By letter dated July 20, 2016, the Wireline Competition Bureau advised you that it was pausing
the Commission's informal 180-day clock for review of the above-referenced transaction as of July 7,
2016, the date by which Applicants' responses to the Commission's June 22, 2016 Information and
Document Requests (IADR) were due. The letter indicated we would restart the clock when the
Applicants completed their responses. The Applicants represent that as of today, August 24, 2016, they
have completed their IADR responses.
Based on this representation, and our review to date, we are restarting the informal 180-day clock,
making today, August 24, 2016, Day 86 of the Commission's review.
