By the Chief, Telecommunications Access Policy Division, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On March 30, 2016, the Commission released a Report and Order, Order and Order on 
Reconsideration, and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Rate-of-Return Reform Order and FNPRM), 
FCC 16-33, in the above captioned proceeding.

On May 4, 2016, the Wireline Competition Bureau 
(Bureau) released an Erratum to the Rate-of-Return Reform Order and FNPRM.  On June 7, 2016, the 
Bureau released a Second Erratum.

This Third Erratum amends Appendix B of the Rate-of-Return Reform 
Order and FNPRM as indicated below:
In paragraph (b), of Section 54.303, in the last sentence, replace “Total Allowed Loop Plan 
Investment” with “AALPI”.
