On October 30, 2015, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM), FCC 
15-144, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the caption of the NPRM by deleting
the second subject matter “Petition for Rulemaking Filed…” and first docket number “CG Docket No. 12-
32.”  The caption of the NPRM should now read as follows:
