Thank you for your letter regarding the proposed transfer of Chmier' s three 700 MHz 
licenses toT-Mobile and T-Mobile ' s accompanying waiver request. 
As you note, Bresnan Communications filed a waiver request on behalf of itself and T­
Mobile seeking to extend the accelerated final construction deadline for three licenses in the 700 
MHz band. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau sought public comment on this issue. 
The comment period closed on November 7th. I expect the Bureau will act quickly to resolve 
the petition following its review of the record. 
I appreciate your interest in this matter. Your views are very important and will be 
included in the record of the proceeding and considered as part of the Commission ' s review.
