Intelsat proposes to provide fixed-satellite services via Intelsat 9 at 29.5° W.L. using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat proposes to conduct telemetry, tracking and command for Intelsat 9 using the 11.7005-11.7025 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.4945-14.005 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands while at 29.5° W.L. and during the drift from 43.1° W.L. to 29.5° W.L. Intelsat also seeks to extend the license term for Intelsat 9 for two years, through July 31, 2019.
