I write to request an update regarding the "Petition for Waiver of Part 51 Access 
Charge and CAF-ICC Calculations" submitted by Panora Communications 
Cooperative and Prairie Telephone Co., Inc. on July 10, 2015. 
It is important for the FCC to conduct a thorough investigation into any matter to 
fully understand and weigh benefits and challenges. At the same time, the waiver 
has been pending for almost 18 months and this delay hampered Panora 
Communications Cooperative's long-term planning ability and enhance service to 
customers. On behalf of my constituent, I request an update on the status of the 
waiver and urge the FCC to issue a timely decision on the issue at hand.
