It has come to my attention that Marty Yudkovitz, a Member of Cincinnati Bell's Board 
of Directors, has been nominated to serve on the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) 
Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee. I am writing to express my support for his 
nomination and request that it be given the proper consideration. 
Mr. Yudkovitz has extensive experience in digital media. Prior to joining Cincinnati 
Bell, Mr. Yudkovitz was the President ofTiVo, before running The Walt Disney Company's 
Strategic Innovation Group. Earlier in his career, he played an integral part in NBC's creation of 
cable and digital innovation efforts, including the formation ofNBC's first cable TV network, 
CNBC and its website, CNBC.com. Mr. Yudkovitz also helped lead NBC Digital Media' s 
pioneering relations with Microsoft, which resulted in MSNBC and its website MSNBC.com . 
.If granted a position on the Committee, Mr. Yudkovitz would bring his unique and 
extensive background and expertise in media, digital content distribution, transformational 
changes in disruptive environments, and corporate innovation to the table. I believe his 
performance record and experience make him a uniquely qualified candidate to serve on the 
Advisory Commission.
