ERRATUM

By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:
On July 7, 2017, the Commission released an Order (ETC Reporting Streamlining Order), FCC 17-
87, in the above captioned proceedings.  This Erratum amends APPENDIX A of the ETC Reporting 
Streamlining Order by removing paragraph (4) of Section 54.313(a) and renumbering the remaining 
paragraphs accordingly.
