This report incorporates network outage data submitted by communications providers to the Federal Communications Commission’s Disaster Information Reporting System (DIRS). DIRS is currently activated for all areas of Florida, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and parts of Georgia and Alabama.
