O R D E R
Upon consideration of the joint motion to govern future proceedings, it is
ORDERED that this case be dismissed as moot.  All parties agree that the
agency order on review, Rates for Interstate Inmate Calling Services, WC Docket No.
12-375, FCC 13-113 (Sept. 26, 2013), has been superseded by a subsequent agency
order.
Pursuant to D.C. Circuit Rule 36, this disposition will not be published.  The Clerk
is directed to withhold issuance of the mandate herein until seven days after resolution
of any timely petition for rehearing or petition for rehearing en banc.  See Fed. R. App.
P. 41(b); D.C. Cir. Rule 41.
