This Public Notice lists those licenses that the Commission's Universal Licensing System (ULS) has placed in "Termination Pending" status. According to the Bureau's licensing records, the licensee did not file the Required Notice of Construction no later than 15 days after the coverage requirement deadline, see 47 C.F.R. § 1.946(d), or a Request for an Extension of Time before the expiration of the coverage requirement deadline, see id. 1.946(e), for the license.
