On November 20, 2017, the Commission released a Report and Order and Further Notice of 
Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 17-158, in the above-captioned proceeding.

  This Erratum amends that 
document as indicated below:
1. In paragraph 95, add a new footnote number “285” at the end of the first sentence with new 
footnote text, on page 49, to read as follows, and renumber the remaining footnotes accordingly:

 The ATSC 3.0 standards are reasonably available because they are available on the ATSC

This Erratum also amends Appendix B of the Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed
