On February 14, 2018, the Audio Division of the Media Bureau released a Notice of Proposed Rule 
Making, DA No. 18-146, in the above-caption proceeding.  The proposed rule has not been published in 
the Federal Register.  This Erratum changes the Comment Date from April 9, 2018 to May 29, 2018 and 
Reply Comments Date from April 23, 2018 to June 13, 2018 in compliance with the Administrative 
Procedure Act.
