Date Filed: 05/23/2018 14:04:15:70000 Special Temporary Authority Spaceflight Inc. requests special temporary authority to operate two non-geostationary spacecraft to be known as the Upper Free Flyer (UFF) and Lower Free Flyer (LFF), which together would deploy approximately 74 small spacecraft in low Earth orbit during a period of twenty-four-hours or less. Spaceflight seeks authority to transmit as follows from the UFF during a twenty-four-hour period: a downlink (space-to-Earth) transmission with a center frequency of 401.875 MHz and a bandwidth of 22 KHz, and an inter-satellite (space-to-space) transmission communicating with the Globalstar satellite system with a center frequency of 1616.25 MHz and a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz. Spaceflight also seeks authority to transmit a downlink (space-to-Earth) transmission with a center frequency of 401.625 MHz and a bandwidth of 22 KHz from the LFF during a twenty-four-hour period.
