On February 4, 2019, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released an Order and Proposed Order of Modification (Order), DA 19-41, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the table in Appendix F of the Order as indicated below:
1. Replace Call Sign “WQAD634” with “WQAD635” and, its accompanying applications, File Nos. “0003833097” and “0003833100” with “0003833217” and “0003833280.”
