Date Filed: 04/03/2019 13:49:40:44000 Petition for Declaratory Ruling New Skies Satellites B.V. seeks U.S. market access for its NSS-6 space station at the 169.5° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, New Skies seeks to add NSS-6 to the Permitted List for fixed-satellite service and telemetry, tracking and control in the 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) bands. New Skies also requests authority to serve the U.S. using the 12.5-12.75 GHz band for space-to-Earth operations. New Skies proposes to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command using the following center frequencies: 11.1995 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.1980 GHz (space-to-Earth), 14.4960 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 14.4990 GHz (Earth-to-space).
