By the Chief, Wireline Competition Bureau:  

On July 11, 2019, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Notice), FCC 19-64, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Notice by removing paragraph 114 regarding the Congressional Review Act and by renumbering the remaining paragraphs accordingly.
