ERRATUM

On August 27, 2019, the Office of the Managing Director released a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 19-83, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum corrects the third sentence in paragraph 1 to read as follows: 
“These regulatory fees are due in September 2019.”
