On August 27, 2019, the Wireline Competition Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 19-835, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Public Notice as indicated below: 
In the second to last paragraph on page 2, in the last sentence, replace the date “October 18, 2019” with “October 28, 2019.”
