 	On September 30, 2019, the Commission released a Report and Order and Order on Reconsideration, FCC 19-95, in the above captioned proceedings.  This Erratum amends the released document as indicated below:  
1. On page 52, in footnote 346, replace “boot” with “moot.”
2. In Appendix A, in paragraph 4, replace “Subpart N” with “Subpart O.”
