SAT-STA-20191217-00149 E S2404 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 12/31/2019 On December 31, 2019, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to conduct telemetry, tracking and command functions in connection with the disposal of the Intelsat 805 space station using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz; 3948.0 MHz; 3950.0 MHz; 3952.0 MHz, and 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz; 6176.3 MHz; 12501 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20191220-00151 E S2983 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 01/02/2020 On January 2, 2020, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct Launch and Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations necessary (1) perform telemetry, tracking and command operation necessary for orbit-raising; and (2) communicate with seven Ku-band earth stations to test the communications payload on each of 60 satellites that were deployed on May 23, 2019. SAT-STA-20191230-00155 E S2983 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Special Temporary Authority Granted in Part/ Deferred in Part Effective Date: 01/02/2020 Page 1 of 2 On January 2, 2020. the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Space Exploration Holdings, LLC (SpaceX) to conduct Launch and Early Orbit-Phase (LEOP) operations to (1) to perform telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary for orbit-raising of each of the approximately 60 satellites to be imminently launched in January 2020 on the Starlink 2 mission, and (2) to test the communications payload on each of the satellites. SpaceX will use the following frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command: 12.15-12.25 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.85-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space). SpaceX will use the following payload testing frequencies: 10.7-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.8-18.6 GHz (space-to-Earth), 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 27.5-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space).
