On December 20, 2019, the Office of Engineering and Technology released an Erratum amending Appendix A of the Report and Order. This Second Erratum corrects paragraph 166 of the Report and Order to read as follows: “166. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Commission’s rules ARE AMENDED as set forth in Appendix A.
