The following statement can be attributed to FCC spokesperson Will Wiquist: “Bidding in the clock phase of the auction of licenses in the Upper 37 GHz, 39 GHz and 47 GHz bands (Auction 103) concluded today following round 104. Gross proceeds in the clock phase reached $7,561,724,774, and bidders won 14,142 of 14,144, or more than 99.9%, of available licenses.
