SAT-STA-20191230-00156 E Space Exploration Holdings, LLC Date Filed: 12/30/2019 15:25:42:95600 Special Temporary Authority Space Exploration Holdings, LLC requests special temporary authority, as supplemented, for a period of 180 days, to conduct Launch and Early Orbit-Phase operations (1) to perform telemetry, tracking, and command functions necessary for orbit-raising of all of the Starlink satellites, both those previously launched and those to be launched during the 180-day period covered by this STA, and (2) to test the communications payload on each of these satellites.
