ERRATUM

By the Office of General Counsel:

On July 9, 2020, the Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 20-92, in the above captioned proceeding.  This Erratum amends the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:
1. On page 1, the by line is corrected to read as follows:

“By the Commission:  Commissioner Rosenworcel concurring.”

The Commission incorrectly identified the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services Fund administrator and we are correcting the name of the Local Number Portability Administrator in the proposed rule, consistent with the discussion in the text of the Report and Order.  This Erratum also amends paragraphs 22 and the Appendix of the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking as indicated below:

2. In paragraph 22, in the second sentence, “interstate telecommunications services fund administrator” is replaced with “Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services Fund administrator.”

3. In Section 1.1204(12)(iv) of the Proposed Rules, “The Number Portability Administrator” is replaced with “The Local Number Portability Administrator.”
