Momentus seeks authority to operate in the 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 400.15-401 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands for space operation communications. Specifically, Momentus seeks authority to operate an uplink with a center frequency of 2075.0 MHz and bandwidth of 0.1 MHz and a downlink with a center frequency of 400.5 MHz and bandwidth of 0.04 MHz. Momentus seeks waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, Section 2.106 of the Commission's rules, as well as waiver of Section 25.113(g) of the Commission's rules.
