Description of Change: Consolidated Communications Inc. will be installing a Digital Line Subscriber Access Multiplexer (DSLAM) to provide Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) service.  There is no change to existing circuits.

Description of Foreseeable Impact:  These network changes will not create any foreseeable impacts.
