ERRATUM

On October 27, 2020, the Commission released a Report and Order, FCC 20-155, in the above-captioned proceeding.  To conform to the publishing conventions of the National Archives and Records Administration’s Office of the Federal Register, this Erratum amends the Final Rules in Appendix A of the Report and Order as indicated below For ease of review, the final rules set forth in Appendix A show amendments in bold/underline (for additions) and strikethrough (for deletions).

1. The amendatory language for section 79.3 is corrected to read as follows:
“Amend § 79.3 by revising the section heading and paragraphs (a)(3), (b) introductory text, (b)(1), (3), and (4), (b)(5)(i) through (ii), (c)(2) and (3), (c)(4)(i) and (ii), (c)(5), (d)(1), (d)(2) introductory text, (d)(2)(i), (d)(3), (10), and (11), (e)(1) introductory text, and (e)(3)(i) and (ii) to read as follows:”
2. Corrections to section 79.3 are as follows:
· Paragraph (a)(3) is corrected to eliminate the capitalization of the term “Video.”
· Paragraph (b) introductory text is corrected by adding the section heading “Audio description requirements.”
· Paragraph (b)(1) is corrected to replace the phrase “this paragraph” with the phrase “this paragraph (b)(1).”
· Paragraph (b)(4) is corrected to replace the phrase “these rules” with the phrase “these rules this part.”
· Paragraph (d)(3) is corrected to replace the phrase “In addition to these factors” with the phrase “In addition to these factors in paragraph (d)(2) of this section.”
· Paragraph (e)(3)(i) is corrected to replace the phrase “our video audio description requirements” with the phrase “our video the audio description requirements of this section.”
3. Paragraph (b)(3)(i) of section 79.105 is corrected by deleting the section heading.
4. Paragraph (a)(4)(iii) of section 79.107 is corrected by eliminating the capitalization of the term “Audio Description Control.”
5. Paragraph (a)(2)(vi) of section 79.108 is corrected by eliminating the capitalization of the term “Audio Description Control.”
