SAT-PPL-20210108-00005 E S3079 Telesat Canada Date Filed: 01/08/2021 10:16:45:40300 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List Telesat Canada seeks U.S. market access for its Anik F1 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, Telesat seeks to add Anik F1 to the Permitted List for fixed-satellite service and telemetry, tracking and command in the 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) bands. Telesat proposes to conduct telemetry, tracking and command using the following center frequencies: 14.49925 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.70025 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 11.70075 GHz (space-to-Earth). Telesat also seeks waivers of Section 25.210(f) of the Commission's rules, related to full frequency reuse, and Section 25.210(j) of the Commission's rules, which specifies station-keeping tolerance.
