ERRATUM

MEDIA BUREAU SEEKS COMMENT ON EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMMISSION’S RULES IMPLEMENTING THE COMMERCIAL ADVERTISEMENT LOUDNESS MITIGATION (CALM) ACT AND ON POTENTIAL UPDATES TO THOSE RULES

On April 19, 2021, the Media Bureau released a Public Notice, DA 21-447, in a docket that had been previously closed.  Comments in response to the Public Notice should instead be filed in docket number 21-181.  This Erratum therefore amends the Public Notice as indicated below:
1. On the first page, in the caption, the docket number is corrected to read as follows:  
MB Docket No. 21-181
2. On page 2, in the first sentence under “Filing Requirements,” replace MB Docket No. “11-93” with “21-181.”
