The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted.  47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 Modification to PDR/PPL

 Hispamar Satelites, S.A. seeks authority for modification of the grant of market access for its AMAZONAS-2 space station, to serve the U.S.
 market using the 10.7-10.95 GHz and 11.2-11.45 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 12.75-13.75 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
 AMAZONAS-2 operates from the 61.0° W.L. orbital location, and has been granted access to the U.S. market in the 11.7-12.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.5 GHz  (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Hispamar requests waiver of section 2.106, footnote NG52, and section
 25.210(f) of the Commission's rules.

 Petition for Declaratory Ruling to be Added to the Permitted List

 Astranis Bermuda Ltd. seeks U.S. market access for its Arcturus space station (also known as Aurora 4A) at the 163° W.L. orbital location to
 provide fixed-satellite service using the 18.2-19.3 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 28.0-29.1 GHz and 29.3-30.0 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Astranis seeks to add Arcturus to the Permitted List in the 18.3-18.8 GHz, 19.7-20.2 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz,
 and 29.25-30.0 GHz frequency bands.  Arcturus would use the following center frequencies to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command: 19076
 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 28356 MHz (Earth-to-space).  Astranis seeks waiver of section 25.283(c) of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR §
 25.283(c), which requires stored energy sources on board the satellite to be discharged at end-of-life.
