        Dear Acting Chairwoman Rosenworcel: 

              I am pleased to write in support of the application submitted by the LaSante Health 
        Center to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for reimbursement through the 
        COVID-19 Telehealth Program.  

              With funding, LaSante Health will offer greater access to high quality primary, episodic 
        and acute care to patients in Brooklyn by using telehealth systems, diagnostic kits and carts and 
        remote monitoring to supplement, coordinate and extend care beyond their physical clinic. 
        Funding will also enable them to initiate and maintain continuity of care with previously 
        “undoctored” people, and to start managing the conditions that make them more susceptible and 
        vulnerable to infections like COVID and the flu. 

              I applaud the Lasante Health Center for their foresight, and sincerely hope the application 
        meets with your approval.
