The applicant has requested waiver of multiple sections of the Commission's rules and regulations including: a) the requirement to maintain an auxiliary transmitter (47 C.F.R. § 73.759); b) the allocated use of the 7.3-7.4 MHz band (47 C.F.R. § 2.106, US136(b)(2)); c) the limitation on transmitting on one frequency at a time (47 C.F.R. § 73.702 (j)); d) the limitation on 100 frequency hours per day of transmissions (47 C.F.R. § 73.702 (m)); and e) the minimum station power requirement (47 C.F.R. § 73.751(c)). In addition, the applicant seeks permission to broadcast audio that provides financial news while simultaneously sending supplemental, low latency digital data transmissions to private investors. In response, Shortwave Solutions, LLC has filed two objections one on April 22, 2021 and another on July 19, 2021. The applicant responded to the first objection on May 3, 2021 and to the second objection on July 27, 2021.
