 conduct testing of two earth station antennas in Mt. Jackson, VA a space station operating in an NGSO orbit of approximately 833 x 1000 km
 inclined to 99.5°, in the 29.0-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 19.2-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
