The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing.  The Commission
reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is
not in conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies.  Consideration of each satellite application in this Public
Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue.  Petitions,
oppositions, and other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's

 Echostar BSS Corporation requests authority to operate Echostar 23 as an on-orbit spare at the 109.9° W.L. orbital location and activate its
 transponders as needed.  Echostar seeks authority to provide Digital Broadcast Satellite Service using the following frequency bands: 12.2-12.7
 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space).  Echostar also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command
 operations with Echostar 23 at 109.9° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 12.207 GHz and 12.208 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 17.305
 GHz and 17.791 GHz (Earth-to-space).

 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, requests special temporary authority for an additional period of 180 days to continue to provide
 fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 14 at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Galaxy 14 will continue to operate using the following telemetry, tracking, and command center frequencies:
 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 4198.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth).
